mysql> grant all on nextcloud.* to 'nextcloud'@'localhost';
mysql> flush privileges;
mysql> exit
mysql -u root -p nextcloud < /<backup path>/owncloud_dump.sql
wget https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/nextcloud-9.0.54.tar.bz2

Update /var/www/nextcloud/config/config.php

cd /var/www/nextcloud
sudo -u www-data php occ upgrade
sudo -u www-data php occ config:system:set maintenance --value=false --type=boolean
